CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. BOOKING & ADVANCE PAYMENTS

To initiate a solar rooftop project, Bijlio requires an advance booking amount. This covers initial site surveys, customized engineering designs, and the commencement of regulatory paperwork (e.g., WBSEDCL approvals).

2. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

You may request to cancel your solar installation under the following conditions:

• Before Site Survey: If cancelled before our engineering team conducts the physical site survey, a 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued, minus a nominal processing fee of INR 1,000.
• After Site Survey & Design: If cancelled after the site survey is completed and the 3D design/structural report is generated, 50% of the advance booking amount will be retained to cover engineering costs.
• After Material Dispatch: Once solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures have been dispatched to your site, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

3. CANCELLATION BY BIJLIO

We reserve the right to cancel an installation if a site survey determines that your roof is structurally unfit for solar panels, or if shading makes the project economically unviable. In such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund of any advance paid.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (bank account or card) within 7-10 business days.

5. SUBSIDY DISCLAIMER

Bijlio assists in filing for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy; however, the final disbursement of the subsidy amount is governed entirely by MNRE and the Government of India. Bijlio is not liable to refund any amount if the government delays or rejects a subsidy claim due to incorrect documents provided by the customer.
