1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and EASYBIZ VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Bijlio", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our solar installation services. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. OUR SERVICES

Bijlio is a solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company. We provide rooftop solar installations, net-metering assistance, and facilitate the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy process. While we ensure our installations meet MNRE and WBSEDCL standards, the final approval for grid connection and subsidies relies on state and central electricity boards.

3. PROJECT TIMELINES & DELAYS

We strive to complete installations within the promised timeframe (typically 15-30 days). However, delays may occur due to:

Bad weather conditions affecting roof access.
Delays in approvals from DISCOMs (WBSEDCL).
Supply chain disruptions.

Bijlio shall not be held liable for any financial loss or penalty arising from such unavoidable delays.

4. WARRANTIES

We offer up to a 25-year performance warranty on solar panels and respective manufacturer warranties on inverters (typically 5 to 10 years). Bijlio also provides a standard workmanship warranty for the physical installation. Warranty claims must be made directly through our support channels and are subject to physical inspection by our technicians.

5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

As the site owner, you agree to:

Provide safe and unhindered access to the roof and electrical panels for our installation team.
Ensure the structural integrity of your roof is sound prior to installation.
Provide authentic electricity bills, ID proofs, and tax receipts required for subsidy registration.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Installations require milestone-based payments (e.g., Booking, Material Delivery, Installation, Commissioning). Failure to clear milestone payments may result in the suspension of installation work. All hardware remains the property of EASYBIZ VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED until full payment is realized.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malda, West Bengal.
